Re: Blank Shirts that already have Patterns/Designs on them? It is logistically impossible to stock every option of stripes, patterns, printed designs, etc. Therefore, the best way to get EXACTLY what you want is to work with a custom manufacturer that can source, develop or produce yard dyed fabrics or print patterns directly on the fabric for you prior to cutting and sewing. You will need to commit to at least 1,000 - 1,200 yards of fabric per color per design. This roughly yields between 900 - 1,100 units per fabric pattern.
If you want to go the custom route you can also find fabric in-stock at certain mills. This will help you lower your minimums. However, you will still need to work with a manufacturer that can manage the pattern development, cutting and sewing. It's not very complicated and you will get awesome and unique product in the end.
All over printing on garments can look rather sloppy and not feel as nice, but can be a low quantity option. Sublimation printing can also provide the same effect, but will limit you to polyester blended fabrics. |
