Unhappy BareApparel ?????

It seems bareapparel offers great shirts, however because of this I don't think they could keep up with the demand. They either do not know how to take their business to the next level or they decided to sell their shirts to large companies who buy in bulk causing popular shirts to be always be unavailable/soldout online.

If they decided to sell large quantities to large companies and then leave the scraps for everyone else that is fine, more power to them, but don't keep everyone else waiting for months with broken promises.

Do not place all your eggs in one basket bareapparel. I know of several companies fast on your track who are going to offer very similar shirts, you can loose customers.

In their (bareapparel) defense, they are fast to ship, offer great products, and always get the orders right, I just wish there were enough shirts for the smaller comapnies just getting started.

I'm sure if they could keep up with the demand, they would. They are the only company offering shirts of this quality with all of the washes/distressing/etc. Otherwise you would have to have them custom made yourself. They have to have the blanks made, dyed, and distressed. They can only keep up as fast as their vendors can fill orders. We run into the same problem with customers that want all over printing. The demand is huge, and the supply is low. We can only print so many shirts in a day, so we have longer turnaround times than most places. Same with any other industry. Look at Apple. They have waiting lists every time they come out with a new Iphone. It is just the logistics of niche business. I'm sure BareApparel is taking the necessary steps to take their business to the next level, but that takes time and money. I have had nothing but good experiences with BareApparel. They were out of one of the styles that I needed, but they kept an open line of communication with me, and notified me as soon as they came in.

Hey Mik416-

Actually, we take our relationship with smaller businesses really seriously! We work with both large and small businesses, but small businesses are the backbone of what we do. We love working with new and small lines and making premium quality shirts and custom washes available to those who otherwise might not have access.

I'm sorry that you have not been able to get the shirts you need recently-- at least that is what it sounds like in your post. We have been met with an outstanding demand, and like UnikInk pointed out, our product is more than just something that can easily be fabricated and shipped out in a rapid next-day process and is not a mass-produced foreign made product. Adding details like grinding and specialty washes sometimes makes our process a bit slower, not to mention we are a smaller company. We aren't one of the corporate big guys- we are a family owned business.

That being said, we are moving our whole operation to Los Angeles this month (offices previously located in AZ) and are really looking forward to growing and being able to offer more shirts, faster. Thanks for pointing out what you do like about our shirts, and I hope you will come back and try us again!

Thanks,
Haley

I have been away awhile. Sorry for the late post reply. I did not mean to come off mean, I think I was having a bad day. Bareappparel is a great company and you guys do offer a great product. It is just frustrating having popular sizes out of stock sometimes. I truly do wish you guys all the luck. Keep up the good job.
