Question T-Shirts with small sleeve openings? Help please.

OK So I start to get myself into shape a few months back and start having to buy new clothes. Went from large bordering on XL to ,to my astonishment, small. I bought some t shirts and the arms are baggy, wasn't surprised I was going for weight loss not muscle gain.

Now I haven't been one for fashion or 'fitted' shirts before because well I was kinda "pot-bellied" i guess, but this guy with smaller arms than me walks by me the other day and I notice his sleeves and actually hugging his arms. I have to admit it looked better then the baggyness I was sporting. So I researched and found anvils fashion fit T-shirt and thought well this must be it but to no avail. They fit better in the shoulder and chest and slim towards the waist but still big armholes.

So then I find out it must have been a "muscle fit" shirt from Hollister or A&F or something refered to as 'european fit'. I don't really want to buy a shirt from Hollister or A&F. I was hoping for a blank version of these shirts that could have a few of my own designs put on them.

Anyway long story short does anyone know of a company that sells shirts with smaller sleeve openings like Hollister and A&F?
Does anyone know the sleeve opening size of Continental clothing? Pacific sports has theirs listed and they are smaller than the anvil I'm wearing. Any others?

I am aware that his might seem to be an odd post but I have to say a tighter, maybe shorter?, sleeve looks better than excess cloth billowing in the wind. I mean seriously the sleeve opening must have been like 3 inches on this guys shirt

If you powered through my post thanks for any help you can offer.
