Re: 5.6 oz vs 6.0 tee shirts? I, too, am a huge fan of the Gildan 2000. It is my default shirt. I can definitely tell the difference between it and a 5.4. I always tell clients that if they want a thin lightweight shirt to go with the 5.4.
Still wondering why I haven't won a thing from Gildan. It's just about the only t-shirt I think I've printed in the last year. All I hear from people is, "Can I get a Jerzee tee?". Then I show them the Jerzee next to the Gildan and they go with the Gildan every time.
I am a little peeved at the grease spots that are starting to show up at random though. I always ordered an extra or two of every size, just in case.
