hey guys, I have been printing shirts for a few months now exclusively on AA t's. Now of course with harder times, I am considering using a different brand that might not be so expensive..however I do understand the quality of the shirt might be reduced.
I have never seen any of the Allstyle shirts or other brand comparable to AA. I was curious what brand (if any) had t shirts as soft and light weight as AA basic T's that I could consider using as another option. I can look on Alstyles website but of course I can't "feel' it .. so I was looking for advice from people who have!
Thank you very much.

These days pretty much everyone has an AA clone. Off the top of my head, brands that have one that would be cheaper than AA are Alstyle, Gildan, Anvil.
Hmm.. I'm sure there's more, but I'm blanking right now. I know there are a couple of less well known brands doing the same thing. I wouldn't bet on saving much money going with Alstyle.
Personally I think there's a growing movement of people who care about keeping production local, so using AA is probably to your benefit. I'm actually renewing my efforts to source locally (traditionally difficult because Australia doesn't have as much to offer as other countries). Something to think about anyway.
But yeah, if you want cheapest... Gildan has a slim cut ringspun shirt now.
