Question T-Shirt Forum users, I wanted to know the requirement of the following. I am looking into purchasing PFD Blanks overseas. Then dye/wash/print in the USA. Am I able to put Made In USA label on it? Technically around 80% of the processing and creation are done in the USA with overseas just providing with the raw fabric and sewing. Thanks in advance.
Possibly; in Australia that might be enough to qualify, but I remember the rules are a little stricter in the US. If you check the FTC's website there is some information on this exact topic.

Hi Solmu - Thanks for the link. Hmm it appears that I might not be able to put Made in USA or what not since the the actual material and construction is being made overseas. I thought there would be an exception since I will be dyeing and washing and printing it in USA. Anyone else have similar experience? And if there will be any acceptions to put the Made In USA label on the t-shirt?

It's the FTC's decision, and those are the FTC's regulations, so...
If you think there's any chance of there being an exception (and I don't at this point) then you'd need to contact the FTC directly and get the information from them.

Well I was just going to do that... but figured I would post it on this forum since it was the weekend and all and the FTC is closed on the weekends and all. But yah thanks for your help though.
