Hello,
I am a new user and I say hi to you all.
A great forum.

I do my client events where I need a variety of graphic shirts.
I decided that the best can this be done by pressing the shirts themselves.

I heard that there are places where the shirts can make your own neck pad and hang tag.
Do you have any experience with this?

Not sure what you are saying here but I think you are meaning that you believe it will be best if you heat press the shirt yourself. Am I correct?

I have no idea what a neck pad is you will have to clarify this but as for the hang tag yes there are several suppliers for this service. Here is a few for you to check out:
