Default Help Locating a particular brand of shirts?

Hey everyone,

It has been a long time since i have been on these forums but I came back for some help. Every time i come here i am amazed by how knowledgeable and helpful a lot of people are on these forums.

Anyway, here is what i was hoping someone could help me with. There is a brand of clothing known as Retro Brand or Retro Sport (Retrosportapparel.com) that i enjoy wearing. I have purchased everything from T shirts to hoodies to thermals in this brand and love the fit and feel of everything.

I have recently started thinking about designing and making my own shirts, hoodies and thermals and would like to use these shirts when i do it.

I do not want to resell these shirts. I would just like to experiment with them for myself.

Does anyone have any idea on how i could go about getting information on who makes the shirts and possibly purchasing them?

The RN lookup is 115822 on everything they produce as far as i can tell. When i use the RN lookup with that it just returns Retro Sport. Does that mean that they produce the shirts themselves and that puts me out of luck?

Also during my research i found a wholesaler who sells Retro Sport as well as a brand called J Williams to retailers. The J Williams brand is the exact shirt i am looking for but i believe the company is a wholesaler and because i do not care to resell these shirts i do not believe i can order from them. Soloagency.biz is the site.

Sorry for the length. Hopefully one of you out there can give me some feedback.

Appreciate it.

While the RN # in the name of Retro Sport doesn't necessarily mean they manufacture their own stuff, in this case it looks like they do. The website you provided indicated they manufacture their own stuff in Los Angeles.

Your best bet is to contact the wholesaler and see if you can buy small quantities of the J Williams brand.

I sent an email to the wholesaler, and he reiterated that they only sell to retailers. Any other options for me?

I am having a fairly difficult time getting what i was hoping to from this wholesaler. I have talked to the wholesaler and they said that I could buy the J Williams brand but they require 60 piece minimums for one color and one style of shirt. As i have said before my hope was that I could just order these in small minimums and screen print my own designs for my own personal use. I have no interest in reselling these so obviously 60 pieces is high for just me.

My guess is that there will not be much interest in a group of people pooling together for one large order because the prices are fairly high. I have started to look at other options provided on this site but there are still some styles of shirts that i cant seem to find suitable alternatives for all of them.

Solo Agency- J WILLIAMS- MEN'S Blanks

If anyone can look at the link provided and maybe direct me to some comparable blanks i would be grateful.

Here is a list of no license needed wholesalers. Most, if not all, of them will carry a desert wash/pigment style tee. Just search on that term.
