Has anyone dealt with outletshirts.com? How was the service? I placed my first order with them this week, and they didn't make a good first impression.
I got an email a few days after placing the order stating that a few colors I ordered were not available in a few of the sizes. I sent an email back requesting different sizes in the same colors. Today, I got the order. I got entirely different colors for the out of stock sizes. Now I'm wondering if this is going to be a recurring problem.
If anyone else has had problems, I'd appreciate hearing how your concerns were handled, and if you had good service, I'd like to hear about that too. I'm more than happy to give a second chance, as I work in retail too (not t shirts
), but like everyone else, I don't have a lot of time or $ to waste.
