Not a zipper but a collar without buttons or possibly a Y placket with one button. The women in this group don't seem to like a standard button placket. I've been using a collared V neck from Bodek and Rhodes for a short sleeve style but its not available in LS/maroon. I haven't found many women's styles besides standard polos and button downs in maroon/burgundy. This is more of a middle aged group so I can't use anything too trendy.
I remember using this kind of shirt before, check with Sanmar (www.sanmar.com), I beleive the item # is L469, they may have other selection of this kind, check them out.
