I have printed on several differnt brands of shirts but I am wondering what other people use/ recommend. I am looking for a good quality shirt yet affordable.

We currently use:

T-shirts:
Gildan Ultra Cottons for our mass stuff (small business orders, clubs, etc.).
Alternative Apparel for our in-house designs and premium orders.
Vapor Apparel for full color designs and larger prints (sublimation)

Hoodies:
Gildan Ultra Cottons for our mass stuff
Beimar for our premium stuff (their sherpa lined zip-hood is second to none)

Sport Shirt/Polos:
Outer Banks for simple logos
Vapor Apparel for detailed designs or large imprints (sublimation)

I have used Gildan before and I like the thickness and they are cheap. I don’t like how thick the collars are though...I am looking for a better fitting shirt...I am selling for fashion purposes. I have been looking at the Gildan 64000 any opinions? For materials i have had some screen printed and others I paint/spray paint.

I really like to print on gildan, But i love printing on american apparel. The quality of garment dont even compare. The only thing about american apparel is that they tend to shrink so your best off buying one size larger than needed.
