Hey guys,
Does anyone know how durable 90% cotton, 10% poly shirts are? I wanted to use 50/50 shirts but have had a hard time finding any fashinable women's ones and have learned that most printing methods work best on 100% cotton. Does anyone have any experience with DTG or screenprinting on 90/10 shirts?

screnprinting 90/10 is just dandy. I'd try to stay away from reds if you're worried as they have the best chance at dye migration. You'll very likely run into it on red 50/50's, for example.

the other thing is ladies' blends of that nature are typically very stretchy. although plastisol has good elasticity, there are additives to allow the ink to stretch better. your ink supplier will know right where to lead you...
