whatsup guys, i'm very interested relabeling my t-shirts so ive been looking into brands that offer tear-aways. on my labels i didnt want to have the sizing info on it because that would mean i would have to order like different labels for each size...so i was wondering if any tearaway tshirts had a seperate label with the sizing and maybe care information

I haven't seen any. But if you are sewing in your own label anyway, you can just get non-tearaway label shirts that have separate brand/size labels and just remove the brand and replace it with yours.

what type of shirt are you going to use? Weight, material, etc.

i was thinking about 100&% cotton but im not sure about the weight, not anything too heavy i suppose

Well, Alstyle makes a nice medium weight ringspun cotton and it happens to have a tear away label.

The point I was trying to make is you don't have to limit yourself to a tear away if you are sewing your own label in anyway. Most of us use tear aways only because we are printing tagless labels.

I believe gildan, anvil, and american apparel all use the dual label method. Order samples before you take my word on it.
