Just getting started in the T-Shirt biz and i'm looking for a ranking of sorts of the best t-shirts with tear away tags, all replies would be deeply appreciated

That's what sampling is for - everything is subjective and depends on the brand that wants to sell it. There's enough information already available to narrow down the choices to a reasonable number of samples, from which you can decide for yourself. My ranking would not be your ranking would not be someone else's ranking.
