Need to Register?

I plan to expand my clothing line to baby clothing very soon and have narrowed down the two brands I want to use to Precious Cargo and Rabbit Skins. I was wondering if anyone had any experience comparing the two (or had anything to say about either one).

Precious Cargo is cheaper but available in a lot less colors (which I'm ok with). The main thing I'd like to know is the quality and feel of the garments. Precious Cargo is 4.1 oz vs. 5.5 oz for Rabbit Skins, so they're definitely thinner. But PC is also ringspun so I'd expect it to be softer.

I don't have kids so even if I ordered samples I'm not sure what would be better. Anyone have any insight? What do parents normally prefer? Thanks in advance.

As a parent the firdt thing I checked was softness. If it didn't feel soft to the back of hand it would never touch my baby. I like the ringspun for the feel. I will tell you that thinner is better if the weather is warm and thicker for winter. I used thin all the time and thought is was good for underneath other clothing. .... JB
