I also have about 300 made up and 200 on hand for new orders, mens and womens
I also mostly do black and white, with some pale yellow and seinnna green, earthy color.
I keep a reg ladies and a long ladies, as well as long for guys, on hand.
This is a great question...wish I would have asked it. I do sublimation and have about $4,500 worth or shirts and sweatshirts upstairs. Would love to sell some of them!
I currently have only about 50 in stock and try not to keep much stock at all. I suppose the amount you ahve in stock depends on your business type. I mainly work with schools and little league teams. I also sell at tournaments. I have one day shipping available (regular ups charges) and do not have a retail storefront. What I do have in stock is leftover from the previous tournament. I will order three days before the tournament based on the anticpated attendance.
So depending on your business model you may not have to keep any in stock.

I do not have alot of storage area so I generally keep around 100-150. If I have an event coming up then I will upscale the inventory to 300-500 consisting of white / grey / and black as those are the most requested.
