If you are interested in having tees manufactured at a high MPO then I suggest you visit LIMATEX (::LIMATEX::) based in Peru, they do organic and commercial cotton and supply brands like Abercrombie & Finch and True Religion.
i think pima apparel was at the magic show, looked cool, not amazing but pretty nice, i love some of the women's pima shirts i've used but havent' been able to find many nice men's shirts in pima cotton
zorrel Zorrel International, INC, it's the "victoria" not sure about the discharge printing with those, don't think they are organically dyed but i really have no idea, we're just screening and transfering on them, super nice though
oh i see those arent 100% pima thats why, but they hold up to transfers so thats good. i like the victoria shirt but it has a transfer for the tag. so i cant re-tag them
I have some pima cotton polos and as nice as they are, I'll probably try to stay away from pima cotton for a while. It's such a pain to take care of them and prevent them from shrinking/pilling!
Well you can prevent them from shrinking everything shrinks however it surprises me a bit what you say about pilling... i have pima tshirts that i have used for years! and have no pilling!!
where did you get those polos?
There are some kinds of cotton that can be chemically given the touch and feel of pima
WITHOUT being pima for example a combed tanguis with antipilling and silicone process...
Usually pima stuff comes in light titles like 130 gsm 120 110 etc which is pretty hard to get for lower quality cottons.
