I have heard that there is a decorated apparel sourcebook. Is this available online or as a hardcopy and where can I find it? It lists names of wholesalers, distributors, manufacturers of apparel, transfers, etc. I heard a friend who is a screen printer talk about it but he would not share the info like I am going to steal his business. I'd appreciate any info.

There are probably several, but the major trade magazines publishes one at least once a year and it is sent as part of your subscription. Google Impressions Magazine and Printwear Magazine and check out their sites. Subscriptions are usually free.
