Need to Register?

I faxed my first order to Badger Sport yesterday and called to verify they received it. They said if I did not hear back from them, it would ship today. I need them by Friday for a volleyball team that has a tournament on Sunday. I didn't see anything online on my account saying it shipped, so I called and was on hold forever and then it asked me to leave a message, so I did. I never heard back so I called again. I am now being informed that they did not ship it today and it will ship tomorrow, therefore, I won't get it by Friday. They said I would have to pay the extra to have it 2 dayed to get here. I informed them it was their mistake and that they are not leaving a very good impression for a first time customer and they said sorry. Anyone else have problems with them or have any suggestions? Would it help to call a supervisor tomorrow?

Hope you got this resolved, they screwed up my first 2 orders. I've since ordered from them though and haven't had anymore problems. I wouldn't trust faxing them though I always call my orders in....

With a few phone calls and asking for a supervisor and then asking for her supervisor because she wouldn't help me, I finally got it taken care of. The higher supervisor had me refax it and called me back and said it was on the truck so I should have it by Friday. I am very leary to order from them again though, especially since you said you had trouble.

I know I gave them a second shot but also talked to their rep down at the ISS show in Florida. I'll give them another shot because I like their products but one more screw up and I probably won't order again either.

I have never had an issue with Badger and place all orders on-line.

We have NEVER had an issue with Badger...and we do alot of business with them...we got a great rep. Evan Nakisher...he goes above and beyond to make things easy!
