I would like to know whose hooded sweatshirt is the best and cheapest, Gildan, Hanes, Fruit of the Looms? I am thinking of purchasing some but I really want the best quality for a good price. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Im doing alot of research on this as well, one you dont have on that list that you should also consider is American Apparel, I havent handled their fleece hoodies but from the looks of them they look very high quality. I cant give an opinion of my own because I havent had all of these brand in front of me and printed on them though.

I brought some AA and really like them, but be careful of the sizes the 2x shirt is more like 4x.Hope this helps

I have gone through king fashions, m&o,FTL,gildan and am now with Independent trading and they have the best price and quality.

Give them a call and talk to Jeff super nice dude and they really do have the best. Heck they make hoodies for all the big skate surf and snow brands.

Wow thanks dmm that helps me out alot I havent heard of Independent trading before. Ive been looking for organic hoodies they have a nice line, and their sherpa hoodies look damn cool too, thanks for the info.

Who sells them in Canada? Or do you order those direct from the USA?

Direct from the U.S. Even with all the duty and tax they are still cheaper than most Canadian companies.

For a basic hoody I like the Gildan 12500. 50/50 9 ounce. Prints and washes great. I make a good profit on them. I've used FOL, Hanes and District Threads and have not found one I like better.

It all matters on the fit and weight. AA, AAA, ITC, have more of a fitted cut depending on the style and usually are more expensive and lighter weight. I use Gildan for the price and profit margin.

I used to say Gildans were my favorite for a basic hoodie. But since I started getting Gildans with grease stains, holes, seams coming loose etc, I've been printing on Jerzees Heavyweight. They are WAY nicer than the Gildans. Much heavier and just all around better quality.
