 Need source for blend shirt blanks
I'm starting a new business and my target market is women's tennis shirts (I'll have something printed on the shirts)... I want:
crew style
form fitting
lots of colors
AND something other than 100% cotton because people wearing clothing for sports like to have the "dry-fit" type. It's kind of a performance shirt but not the type of shirts that runners wear that are 100% nylon, etc. I've found some shirts in the stores that would be a perfect material... a blend of either cotton/poly or cotton/spandex.... of course they happen to be Nike brand, but I'm wondering if there are any manufacturers who make similar blend products. I've been looking at all the posting on this site and checking out the manufacturer's web sites but haven't found something that has the blend, the style (crew) and colors (need a variety of contemporary colors... not heather). By the way, the Nike brands have 65/35 poly/cotton and 60/40 cotton/poly...
Any ideas?
Also, I'm thinking that I could just go to the show in Long Beach in January and talk directly to the manufacturers there... what do you think?
