Hi All,

I just got a call to quote 300 windshirts and being new I don't have a good sportwear apparel contact? CAn anyone help?

You can get windshirts and other items like that from most major wholesalers like SanMar, AlphaShirt, SSActivewear, etc.

I should have been more descriptive in asking. The windshirts they are looking for
are more of the athletic kind - with the big pocket on the front, 1/2 zip w/hood,
nylon I would guess as they are for this May which it starts to get very warm.

The ordinary big suppliers really don't have what they are looking for but, I see
people wear them all the time?! I have looked through the ones mentioned above and found one they might be interested in. I would like to give them somewhat of a variety - betters my chances at landing this job
Maybe I'm using the wrong search terminology? Or I'm thinking that I may need
to try like a team sportwear or school kind of supplier?

Any Ideas?

It could be the terminology. I think what you're looking for is available on all those sites.

If you go to SanMar.com, click on the 1-2-3 Search link on the left hand side. Change the category to Outerwear > Nylon and then click search you'll find lots more like that.

Check that similar category on other big wholesalers and you'll find a big selection as well.

Game Sportswear sells jackets like this, which may be too heavy for what you are looking for. They are made of oxford nylon, which is rather heavy and tough.

Charles River makes great jackets like this, which fits your description and is solid, and this, which has a stripe across the chest.
