Okay so here is our issue....

I am getting a little bit sick of our normal Hanes Tees for reasons of fit and comfort.

An example of an ideal shirt, in my opinion, comes from O'Neil surf company. There are also a few other companies that offer the same type of feel.

Here are my thoughts (some may seem petty) why I prefer their shirts-
1. Collar size (neck and arm) is not HUGE like in some of the Hanes models.
2. Collar design blends into the rest of the shirt and DOES NOT sag when worn like almost every other tee we have used.
3. Overall, the shirt fits more natural and form fitting than shirts we have been able to source.
4. Tagless- not a big deal as tags could be removed.

Now, I believe we need to go for 100% ringspun to get the softness, but does anyone know of a blank that can achieve the "perfect" fit these companies offer?

Do they have their shirts completely made to their specs or why are we having such difficulty finding the "perfect" tee?

Yes, that is what most major brands do. They buy t-shirts by the 1000's and have them custom made to their specs.

You could keep searching and sampling different brands to find one that is close to what you need.

Have you tried the Alstyle 1701 tee? It's used by several skate/surf companies.
