Default t-shirt that's tight around the neck and arms and slightly longer? lighter weight.
So I have been looking around at different suppliers in my area and noone really seems to have what I am looking for. I am looking for shirts that are really thick, tight around the neck and arms, and slightly longer. I dont know if anyone knows what I am talking about...but all the places ive been to seem to be using really think cotton shirts. Can anyone help me out?

Have you tried American Apparel t-shirts? They sound like what you're looking for.

Sounds like you want a slim fit or fashion fit t-shirt. There are lots of wholesalers that sell that type of style (article1, pacific sports, american apparel, continental clothing, etc)
