I recently saw a website that had t-shirts that were sold in packs by the dozen. Some were made for companies like Nike or whatever and then never used and the website had shirts like these for sale in bulk orders and were very cheap. I can not find this site now and unfortunately did not bookmark it like an idiot.
This site had bulk package prices of shirts.
For example they had white tees packaged by the dozen which worked out
to each tshirt being 0.90 each. They had a pre-determined number of sizes already packaged in this deal. I can't seem to find that site again...

If you signup with t-shirt wholesalers like SanMar, TSCApparel.com, AlphaShirt.com etc, you can get weekly specials emailed to you.
They sell first quality, brand name (Hanes, Fruit of the Loom, Gildan) t-shirts at pretty low prices. You don't have to buy by the dozen or get a pre-determined numbere of sizes.
You can often find blank white t-shirts for sale for around $1
