here are a few locations that I know of.

-Pagoda TEE Fashion - 2408 S Broadway Los Angeles CA, 9007

If you go onto main street you will find like 10 other locations. I just dont have their addresses.

from what I know most locations only require a sellers permitt (which is free).. you can get it in like 20 mins.

Sellers permitt. California State Board of Equalization (all the info you need is here)
