you can try Caitac Garment Processing Inc. but the minimums will be high. otherwise most fabric stores have some denim, it just won't be the same stuff you find on your seven's or true religions.

By high, do you mean like 1000's or hundreds?
Seems like they do a lot of custom garment creation and specialty washes.
Well I don't really know how denims differ from shirts such as purchasing wholesale, I would like to find a place where there is a wide variety to choose from. I'm not so much into the specifics of the material as I am into the design.
they do everything. they distribute citizens of humanity and other big denim brands in japan as well as making fabric, private label, washes, whatever...
