Default Gildan Ultra Cotton Quality concern

Lately I have noticed that the Gildan tees have been of what I would call lesser quality, at least in the Blacks. In the last batch of Ultra Cotton blacks I received, the size is smaller, and the collar, which was once a full crew neck is now shorter, and frankly, cheaper-looking. Also the black dye does not seem as "black" as I used to get. Not that it's important, but the label is smaller and says that it's made in Honduras. I'm not a high-volume buyer by any means but I'm really disappointed as Gildan was always a "no-brainer." I don't want to send these to my customers any more and will have to look elsewhere. Really disappointed.
Has anyone else noticed this? Any suggestions?

I think I've noticed (not the size but the thickness) in the 2XL's, but I let it go..... I'm going to compare it to old ones now. I thought it was just me when I put one on.

I sell printed tees on the Internet and the change in the collar, particularly, stood out when I was sending two tees to the same customer and one was the new "cheaper-looking" black going out with an older white tee, both Gildan Ultra Cotton. The white had a full "normal" collar and looked fine. If the labels didn't both say Gildan I don't think I would have thought they were by the same shirt maker. Also, as the tee's were both Large's when I laid the black over the white one, it was about a half inch smaller in width. (I know tees vary by lot sizes, but this was kinda dramatic.) I frankly didn't want to send the two out together. Anyway . . . I'm going to be ordering another batch of tees in the near future and am worried that maybe ALL the new Gildan's are going to look this cheap. The Beefy-Tee's are WAY more expensive. Anyone have any suggestions for a good quality, reasonable tee?

I had never ordered blank gildans but a month ago I did and did not like how they are quality wise compared them to a design I had printed with a printer about a year ago and what a difference.

Yeah, you see. Well, I absolutely had to order some more this week and rather than start looking around I just ordered a limited quantity of Gildan blacks & whites. I kinda hope they might have gone back to the old qulity, but won't keep fingers crossed. Will let you know what I got.
