Found a really cool American Appael alternative. Anyone heard of it?
Re: Found a really cool American Appael alternative. Anyone heard of it?
The sizing is fitted. I normally wear large, but these shirts I have to wear XL. It's a nice soft, light cotton shirt 30/1 singles well worth the price, I just wish they offered 3xl.

WOW ID NEVER NOTICED!! AND IM WEARING ONE RIGHT NOW!! lol its a Jerzees small... basically it means on the sides, u dont have a "join" like if it was a back side and a front side... and they were joined at the sides, with tubular, u just dont have ANY seams or joints except for sleeves, and top of shoulders... def. more confortable no question about this, feels better for sure
anyways... so where can i order pacific in a small quantity? im very intrested in this brand sounds very nice i usually get asked for "account id" when signing up at sites like at stanton... what is this? aint i signing up to get an account id?, is there an easy to order wholesaler for a smalltime guy like me? .. in and out of Texas, i dont have credentials a typical business has so cant complete reg. like at stanton thanks

Some people prefer sideseams as they give the shirt a better shape - especially important in fitted shirts (personally I don't have a preference as I haven't done a sufficient comparison to have an opinion).
Re: Found a really cool American Appael alternative. Anyone heard of it?
hmm better look with sideseams?? i really preffer the other type how would they make the shirt look better in fitted shirts? im not trying to discredit u i just dont really get y people would like it unless theyre going for a more "flatter" look since it tends to seem like that, but its also more wider then kinda, im intrested here, i just figured sideseams where cheaper to make...
so anyone know pacsports wholesaler at low prices? my sales are generally mexico and i dont count with some things like a resell id, is there a way around this, mainly for now --i dont mind if its a little more expensive just to c the sizing n feel

Because a tubular knit is just a tube, if you want the shirt to be an actual shape (i.e. fitted) you need to cut it and shape it. Tubes don't come in at a woman's waist and flare at her hips. Tubes don't start wide at a man's chest and come in narrow at his waist.

I'm still going to order a few of these samples because it might be a great alternative product and priced right. The only thing that might concern me is inventory.
Does anyone know whether they offer wholesale pricing? Or does the end user get the same pricing as the screen printer?

Great to hear about this company! I was just looking for another vendor as American Apparel has been giving me trouble and horrible customer service. Honestly, I don't mind how expensive AA might be, but their CUSTOMER SERVICE, or the LACK OF, is what bothers me. I will be contacting epacificsports first thing tommorow to set up an account and order samples!
Re: Found a really cool American Appael alternative. Anyone heard of it?
Yeah I've just started contacting them myself. Have any Aussies ordered from these guys yet? Were you able to order shipments via USPS? I tried to order from another company but they only use UPS which is very expensive if I wanted to say order about 50 shirts. Or if anyone knows of any that mail by USPS or a cheaper method than UPS could you let me know.
Re: Found a really cool American Appael alternative. Anyone heard of it?
hey keep us posted teddy! btw yea.. does anyone else other than pacspo carry this brand? ive heard sometimes u can get better prices from resellers... but in this case just having more options would be nice as they seem fairly new,
TRENDYDAG how do u order direct from pacspo without having a US tax id number? im currently looking for a similar option, although i have a mailing adderss in texas, my shirts are mostly spanish for now and i sell across the border, so ive been looking for a way to both recieve shipments within the us to save like u... and then just take em across the border to a friends shop at their mall store here,
for anyone who doesnt know, shipping a lightweight less than a foot big box thru ups... the same ride thatll take me 5 minutes and ship once there, thru ups its +100 dollars and the best part they wont even guarantee it to clear customs, i asked to send a cell phone obiously shirts arent a big deal but just wow.... anyways if ur left without other options i wont mind forwarding it thru usps from my address in the states, just remember im in texas and no idea how much shipping ud have to pay to australia good luck!
and if anyone gets these shirts please tell us what u think... comparably priced to gildan.. is that around 2.50-1.50? i preffer jerzees and only do local shops
what about sizing do they go like gildan or aa? (which is usually smaller)

No, they are the only sellers of their brand.

They are not the same style shirt as Gildan. Gildan is more of a "general" t-shirt brand. Basic fitting for general purpose usage.
The pacificsports brand shirts are more along the fashion t-shirt styling. More along the lines of AmericanApparel, Article1, Alstyle 1701, Alternative Apparel, Continental Clothing.

Have you tried contacting them yet to see if they will let you order?

If you need a nice shirt that's made in Mexico, you should try the M & O Knits t-shirts style 5500: M&O Tshirts

I haven't been asked to provide a U.S Tax no. yet? It wasn't mentioned by them although I told them I am from Australia. I have ordered a sample from Article1 and they were happy with me providing my Australian tax file no. But yeah I've sent pacspo a couple of emails. Initially they mentioned UPS like Article1 but they haven't gotten back to me if they can post via USPS. I asked them a 2nd time yesterday if they are able to do this. Waiting for a reply.
