Hey guys! I was wondering how do I get blank t-shirts, but I want it to be my own like L-R-G or 10 Deep or anyother street/urban/skate brand. How do these companies get to make their own shirts overseas? Do you know of any websites that i could visit to make my own blank t-shirts.
Also if I wanted to design t-shirts that have the designs all over the t-shirt for example like the Billionair Boys Club sweatshirts, is there any screenprinting(is that what type of printing they use) companies that you guys may know of?

You can buy blank t-shirts from a wholesaler and have them relabeled. That's what most people do.
You can find more info if you search the forums for labels or relabeling.
The companies you mentioned buy their shirts by the 1000's and have them custom made. There are lots of international companies on alibaba.com that do that if you're looking to get that quantity made.

If you search the forums, you'll find lots of good posts about just that sort of thing

What is the specific question that you have? You didn't seem to post it? The original poster asked a lot of questions and I answered all of them, so I'm not sure which question you specifically are trying to get an answer to.
