Try WELCOME to Gorilla Graphics, King of the Tie-Dye Jungle! . I didn't see this exact design on their site but I know they can do it.

I talked to the Gorilla Graphics folks at the Long Beach ISS show and I'm also pretty certain they could do that kind of custom dye job.
