It is interesting to see the differences in American Apparel prices in the USA and in Europe:

The first prices, given by Aokusman, are the prices at AA in the USA.
The prices for the same t-shirts in euros are the prices at AA in Germany.

The difference is quite significant. It falls in line with normal consumerism as i'm sure if you look at a number of products (non industry related) you will see that even when converted, the European products are more expensive.

Shipping to Europe isn't free. Nor is paying the distributors and handlers to send the shirts over, receive them, process them, etc.

It's hardly surprising they cost more - no explanation need be found in "Consumerism". That word doesn't even hold meaning in this context.

Okay, it is not surprising that the prices for t-shirts that are made in the USA are more expensive in Europe. I can see that.
But I didn't mean the difference itselves, I meant the height of the difference ...

That is specifically for Royal Apparel. The RA stands for Royal Apparel. Look at the last 4 digits for the style number. If you have the Royal Apparel wholesale list. It will just say 2031 or 2032.

American Apparel Has Retail Stores All over the world. They are currently in around 10 + countries and 30 or so US States. In Southern California Alone, American Apparel has 12+ stores - furthermore I believe that they are planning to open at least 40 more american apparel retail stores in the very near future.

These are all retail locations, you can only get American Apparel Wholesale at their website or through an online distributor.

Yup, Dov has big plans.

I may deplore the man's personal characteristics, but he sure seems to know how to expand a company effectively.

what's the difference between the "ASI PRICELIST" from wholesale aa website and the prices aokusman listed?
The asi price list is double for case/dozen.
that's why I just ordered from another online company for aa clothing.
I LIVE 13 miles from downtown, and find the purchasing online w/free shipping much more convenient than driving in traffic, paying for parking, and limited space in my small car. Also, the downtown people are RUDE if you are a newbie, asking questions.

This is an older thread (2005), but just wondering if anyone still has an updated price list for the American Apparel Wholesale products. My wife and I are looking into opening our own design/print business and doing some research. We don't have our business license or our tax ID yet so we can't access the list. I just need a general idea of how much some things are going for.

If anyone can help me out, that would be most amazing!

Thanks,

We cannot post the pricing here per American Apparel's request. You'll have to wait until they approve your account.
