Default Any one had New Era hats Made?

Has anyone had any experience with getting New ERA hats made up?
Everyone in my league is having them embroidered, and even custom fabric made up.

Im in Canada, and I've only found numbers for the states.

Any one know the Minimums? Aproxx cost?
I realized custom fabric, bells and whistles etc, will cost more.
Ium looking for Logo on front, Logo on back { small}

Cheers!

Here this is what my buddy told me about New Era hats. They are relocating to SoCal. I might head over there once they get settled down and ask them about custom stuff.

Quote:
I contacted new era several times at the action sports side in so cal but They will not give little guys the time of day.

so I have designed a cap with flexfit youpong it is thier newer flat brim cap which is selling better right now
and the plus on that end is 2 sizes this way you do not have to order 6-8 sizes of fitted caps.
also you can get fitted caps made by flexfit.

flexfit is a lot more money then sourcing out, but they take care of the little guys, you don't have to be volcom or DC.

I bought a VANS SHOES Flexfit hat about 5 years ago... I still wear the hat everyday! 5 years later... It is very dirty and, well, after wearing it... what, 2,000+ times? it is showing lots of wear... But still, 5 years later and still going strong! Holds up well when put into a washer/dryer, and for $6 at the time, I couldn't argue.

Actually, I found exactly what your looking for. I called them and got their pricing too. They were real helpful. If you go to New Era Cap - baseball caps, basketball caps, hockey caps, college caps, fitted 59FIFTY caps and more you'll see what you need. It's BSN Sports, they are the only people who are allowed to legally make custom new era hats. I wanna say theirs a 25 min, and they run about 14 bucks a piece. Just call em' up. Tell them what you want to do. They can't do custom fabric, but you can choose the colors from a catalog, put your logo on etc. Pretty snazzy. Hope this helps!!

sorry to bring up an old thread!

has anyone ever ordered from BSN? i tried calling but they're closed, ill try again tomorrow. it looks online as if you CAN choose fabric colors, because they show caps with diff. colored bills, new era flags, etc.

OK, i spoke with a rep from new era today and they told me that they aren't doing any custom jobs a this time. they also stated blank new era caps aren't for sale either. the only new era to be purchased is new era caps/merchandise.. so i don't know who you spoke to but that's what i was told today. by the way, why haven't you posted the info everyone is asking for? also, why would you put it out there that you have info to share but reject pm's? just a thought
