Been lurking out here for sometime now, but new to joining in on posting. I have started a clothing brand and am now at the stage of suppliers. I have to go with a higher-end blank like Bare Apparel.
However, they seem to be out of the size and colors that I need everytime I go to their site. I can't wait the 2-6 weeks that they post to resupply. I read a post a few weeks back that said they were going to expand their operation, but no confirmation there.
So long route to get to this: what is the best alternative to Bare Apparel with similar sizing, softness and fit? They can't be the only company on the planet, or even in L.A. for that matter. I heard JS Apparel mentioned as a possible alternative. My brand is a higher-end product and I'm ok with paying a little more for blanks. But not ok with fulfillment issues.

I like American Apparel and also Alternative Apparel. Both great quality. I've seen Royal apparel mentioned on here, but I just recently joined the wholesale list so i'm not sure about the quality.

Yes, I have tried to contact them. By email and phone. So far, I had one email that said they were going to look into the quantity issue. Since then (and it's been several days) -- silence. This is a shame, because I have a feeling that these will be the blanks I'll want to use. However, my intital impression is that there is a serious lack of communication and even moreso on being assured of blanks when needed.
I hope this is an anomaly. Hey -- it happens. But I'm still nervous all the same. Anyone out there that can put my mind at ease about wanting to use them?
