Default Fireproof Vinyl Banner Material?

I have a customer who is looking for a flame-proof banner for his company - is there such a thing, and where can I find it?

I think most pvc vinyl banners are somewhat fire-resistant and meet California fire codes- I ran into the same issue back in Feb.
