Rtape AT60 application tape not sticking to double layer decal
I am having a problem with the AT60 not sticking to the double layer parts of my decal. I was under the impression that AT60 is good for most things... Some of the double layered letters are about one inch - is the small size a factor? Should I switch to a high tack app tape? Can anyone recommend something else or specific brand? I've been ordering from signwarehouse - perhaps something they sell? Thanks!

I'm using Oracal 651. Seems like I have to use a LOT of pressure with the squeegee to make them stick, which is an issue because I am making these for my client to handout... and I'm guessing most of the people he will be giving them to won't have a squeegee on hand!

What could be the problem is that you have to much down pressure on your blade. If you have a lot of pressure the edge of the vinyl gets trapped into the carrier sheet and is hard to make release. To test cut a test the way you have it setup now then try less pressure (making sure to still be cutting the vinyl) and see if the tape has an easier time pulling the vinyl off.
