I do not do many window decals or deal with vinyl much. I have a customer that has me do their logo in diamond plate vinyl for windows. The material I was using is aweful, I ruin 3 logos for every one I get useable. The vinyl bubbles from the paper backing and causes the cutter to tear or the vinyl is very thin and tears when I weed it.
Can anyone who has experience with this type of vinyl let me know what brand you use and any tips on cutting/weeding, etc.
Re: Which diamond plate vinyl best for window decals
If you're using a print/cut machine like the VersaCAMMs, disabling the heaters will help a ton when it comes to bubbling/curling of the special effect type vinyls. Other than that, don't really have any good tips for you
