Re: What's the best way to cut coroplast? For really crazy shapes, and for some other work, a spiral saw has been the best tool for us by far.
Some even have premade tables for them, we've made our own 'table saw' type jig to hold the spiral saw (bosch rotozip, dremel something or other, you get the idea).
I don't remember what they say the blades we bought are for, but they've got way more ridges than the normal ones.
It takes a little experimenting to not melt or fray the edges, but once your speed is set it's fast, easy, and accurate with a jig (they have a nice circle cutter and such included in most kits too) |
