Default Vinyl cutting window cling ons
I am looking for some information on cutting the static cling vinyl that looks like frosted glass.
How to cut it and what vinyl is it?

It is frosted vinyl, you cut it on the same as other vinyl. Oracal makes it as does other companies.

I do not know of any frosted vinyl that is static cling.

You may be able to achieve a similar effect with static cling material and a frosted laminate, I believe Feller's sells a frosted laminate or something similar.

Most everything I've seen has just been the frosted/etched glass regular vinyl, or actual sandblasting.
