Last week I made some signs on coroplast and they came out perfect. Yesterday they were terrible until I took the advice of another sign maker. Today I'm back to square one again. I use clear app tape and when I go to peel there are no bubbles in the vinyl (Oracal 651). I peel the tape flat back to the sign surface and it still looks ok, but about 20 min later when I go to check it the vinyl looks terrible. The bubbles just seem to pop up everywhere.
I'm just making more of the same signs that I made last week, same tools and everything. Even the same roll of vinyl.
Maybe I'm too picky, but I like what goes out to look perfect and these are just not up to standard.
Any suggestions???
