It really is a matter of choice, but for me, a print & cut machine would be easier. Offcourse, one could argue that if you're going to laminate anyway (print-laminate-cut), then you'll have to take it out of the machine anyway, thus, a separate printer and a separate cutter would be ideal. But if you're going to do some smaller stickers which don't need lamination, then an integrated print&cut machine is ideal.

it will be for vehicle decals (a design for vehicle doors, trunk)....on suv vehicles...
I have a 13 x 19 inch printer but this will not big enough in length for printing because the prints will be longer than 19''..........
i wish i could find a used printer/ cutter.......make it cheaper......
They're on Ebay and Craigslist all the time, you never know the condition of the print heads though when buying used and sight unseen.

In regards to ebay / craigslist.. ask for the serial number. if they dont give it, theres the 1st sign.
Second, take that serial number, and contact your local dealer of that brands. Roland reps are very good about this. Call, explain your situation, and ask them to check on the serial number. They'll be able to give you details on the machine if anything has ever gone wrong with it to the point that Roland had to be contacted.
And, if this is a one time job that wont end up paying for a new machine.. you may want to consider out sourcing it.
Printer/Cutter in one is good only if your printing/cutting.. now if you need to laminate them, than kinda dumb to have all in one unless your tight on space...
Roland are best Printer/Cutters I hear Mimakia tend to have printer head issues
