Red face Would i be able to switch programs from signgo to say signblazer without much trouble

Hi, I have signgo pro and am having a few problems. Would i be able to switch programs from signgo to say signblazer witjhout to much problems IE setting hardware ecr , any help would be greast thanks

you should not have any problems IF...repeat IF...the software has a driver for your cutter. And the software supports the connection you have ...ie...LPT1 (or other port) or USB

The software is working on my cutter if thats what you mean i can cut things out but i just can't get the text box to place on an arc other than that every thing else is fine .

When i first installed the program it worked so i dont know if i screwed up a setting or not to tell you the turth i dont know what i did (lol) Thats rookies for ya. Any help would be great

If you do a clean install, make sure to delete the drivers along with the software. If you have a driver error and you dont delete and reinstall it along with the software, you may not get rid of the error. You should be able to find the driver in you Printers folder to delete it along with the software. After doing that, then do a complete clean install. Hope this helps
