Hi forum, I wanted 2 share that I had horrible awful service at rainbowadvertising.com..went in face to face with nita, & sent email of what I wanted 2x4 banner with gromets in the corners only(10 of them)..she assured me that all would be well & when the finished product was delivered..it looked like garbage..words faded & it had 6 gromets instead of 4..nothing we agreed on was done...so I took it in 4 her 2 see it..she stated she wouldn't want that herself..but I never got a refund, only a do over discount..& of course the owner stuck with the decision..my 1st time using them..will never suggest anyone using them..not 4 banners anyway.

Not sure if they do all their own work or not, it looks like they are more of a promotional products company. It could be that it's what they received and instead of working it out, they just assumed lose a customer over it. It's my guess, but either way, sorry it happened to you.

so waht your saying is they made you pay twice the second time with a discount.

or did you get a discount price for the job and a new banner
