I don't do much vinyl sticker printing so i never know what to charge. That pricing calculator someone pointed out on a different post says to charge $1.15 per sticker. http://www.thesignexpert.com/TheSign...alculator.html Seems way too low. Anyhow, a customer wants (5) 4"x4" two color stickers. Its an interlocking logo with just two letters. Pretty simple. I'm cutting it with my plotter. What do you guys charge? Is there an industry standard by sq inch or sq foot? Please help. Thanks!
Yeah, I think that sounds too low as well. I think they should be at least a few dollars each. Consider your cost of supplies and your time and calculate something that works for you. But I would charge $3 or $4 at a minimum
so how much do you add of the second color? 50% or double the cost of one color? I just added 50% to it...So basically my baseline price per sq inch for one color is $0.25 For every additional color its an additional 50% of total price. So one color 4"x4"=16 sq inches 16 sq inches x0.25 per sq inch=$4.00 $4.00x1.5 (50% markup)=$6.00 total
Does that seem right to you all? Also, I mostly do screen printing & heat pressed vinyl so i am not depending on sticker cutting as a major source of income. It's kind of a bonus for me. Not sure if that helps at all.....
