Default why are there extra cut lines to my design

I posted on someone else's thread but didn't get a solution so I thought I would start a new post. I just got a roland gx-24 and have cut a few designs great. Just finished a design and used the circle tool to make an oval around the design. I cut and copy it into cut studio like I had done sucessfully with the other ones (we have to cut and paste because we can't find our original disk).

We put it in wire form before we cut paste and Convert to polyline like we were told but the oval gets cut up into different segments. I need ONE CONTINUOUS line (oval) but now end up with many pieces (see below).

Tonight we finished another design. We put it to wire frame and it looked perfect. But when we take it over to cut studio, it is in a zillion pieces. It is cut up ever few milimeters? What am I doing wrong?

Anyone know why it is doing this? The designs are less then 5" wide. Please help. Thanks!

I assumed was prob. from Corel or something...
I has something to do with way you traced object because had same issue with Flexi sign and would make a million path and when I cut it all jagged..

Make circles same size over lapping and wire frame it/outline ... : )

I also suggest posting in graphic design section because alot of people look on there more than here at times
