Does anyone do the vue thru for auto windows?

you don't use transfer tape... I just peel and stick on ; ) very easy to apply
I do recommend to laminate it because if its on back window and rains, well you can;t see because water droplets get in little holes..
It is on side of car.. it should be ok back stuff is thick enough to stick on like a decal

I mean anyone can use their own personal photo for film?like scenic from ones area then print on the film?

Oh ha Yes of course.. : )
You can print photos,graphics, and so on and comes out great
you can see just fine thru it to, I was hesitant at first when I had on my car but ain't an issue
Are you printing yourself or subbing it out?
If you need, I know company that print and laminate it at 5.50 sq ft or $5 to I believe

One thing to clarify.. its not a film.. films are consider the laminate
see thru stuff is a high quality vinyl with hole in it so you can see thru it .. if you been on a bus than you seen how clearly you can view thru the material
you can also peel off and re-stick if you mess up a few times and when you wanna get it off after a year or 2.. it comes off very easily and usually won;t need assistance of heat

with th laminate it will last around 5 to 7 years

it also works great on shop windows, it is like a huge poster, but with the vue thru graphics advantage of not blocking the vue.
