Default Cutting cling vinyl

I am new to making decals and have a question regarding cling vinyl. Is this a material you can cut on a cutter? I've been doing some research and can't find an answer. If it can be cut, what is the best way. I would appreciate any help you can give me. Thanks, Carleen

Cling vinyl is cut with a cutter. It is usually used by shopkeepers as a temporary sign on the inside of a window, and is cut in mirror fashion.

I bought a roll of static cling vinyl to make meatballs for my race car but haven't had a chance to cut any yet... I don't see any reason my GX24 would have a problem cutting it.
