Default Packages for Vinyl Decals

Hello we have been making custom decals for quit a while now but haven't ever really had to worry about packaging them until recently. We have started getting orders for larger amounts that will be sold as sets and we want to be able to offer them in custom pages that are ready to sell. Right now the company we are selling to is just putting them in a baggy and putting a address label on them I am wondering what the best and most price efficient way is to package them for them...

I guess it really depends on the size of decal. Most of the decals I ship are 12" or less, but I have made up to 6 and 8 feet. For the smaller decals I ship them using an envelope and cardboard inside so it doesn't bend. It's really cheap. You can get 100 envelopes at staples for $12 (approx 12"X14" envelope). I also have a local paper maker that makes cardboard iserts for me. I usually get 12"X24" and they usually cost me $0.35 per peice. So the cost per shipment is pretty low. I also include an instruction sheet and a business card in each of the envelopes. I also charge an extra $1 or so on top of the shipping and handeling to cover these costs. I hope this helps.

It sounds as if you already have the least expensive way.

I've used this company for poly bags for t-shirts. Looks like they also sell sealers which cut and seal poly bags.
