I have a Roland 24". I understand my limitations. I plan on going to a national organizational conference & only printwear vendors will be there. I want to introduce banners this year. With my plotter limitations I know there will be request outside its capabilities. Are there any companies that offer custom signs/banners for vendors? I can buy transfers or even printed custom shirts at wholesale with minimum orders. Is there a company I can order custom Banners from and can make money charging my customer a reasonable price.
You will just have to check around with all your local vinyl sign printing shops. I have been quoted everything from $7.00 per sqft to $14.00 per sq ft.

Ace Transfer Company (www.acetransco.com) is a supplier of plastisol transfers but also supplies banners for around $5.00 per sq. ft.
I was just looking at that on their website yesterday.....
Hope that helps....

You can do alot of banners with the Roland. If you buy banner material by the roll and make your own banners, you can really make some profit. I would suggest finding somone local to make your banners for you. Someone with a solvent printer, or new eco. They can take care of all your photo work. You can always combine the two methods into one banner.
