Default Vinyl on leather

Ok I finally got my cutter working sort of. I need to know what is the best kind of vinyl to use on leather jackets. I read on post that said heat transfer. Will the heat not hurt the leather?

Just wondering if your from KY?

I think there's vinyl sold by some of the vendors here that's specifically for leather. It's probably in the specialty materials section.
